A BIT ABOUT MY APPROACH

I use brainspotting therapy to help people regulate their nervous system. My specialities include: trauma, religious trauma, faith deconstruction, depression and anxiety. I work with adults and teens and offer services to clients throughout Utah & California.

My Services

In-Person Thearpy

I offer in-person therapy sessions for adolescents and adults in Southern Utah. This support includes access to Brainspotting. My office is located in Cedar City.

Virtual Sessions

My in-person services are offered online as well. Brainspotting can be implemented via virtual sessions.

Brainspotting

For clients only interested in Brainspotting support, I provide these sessions for those searching for an alternative approach to tradtional therapy.

Healing Movement

I offer guidance on navigating daily life through intentional movement, meditation, and mindfulness. Additionally, I am an instructor at a local yoga studio.
