In-Person Therapy

I offer in-person therapy sessions for adolescents and adults in Southern Utah. This support includes access to Brainspotting. My office is located in Cedar City.

    Fees and rates depend on the service selected. During my free consultation call, we will discuss what you are looking for, which service best meets your needs, and the fees for that service.
  • DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
    No. However, I am able to provide clients with a superbill after each therapy session.
  • WHAT IS BRAINSPOTTING?
    Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. For more information visit www.brainspotting.com
